This license is for a building or portion of a building which is used for offering massage for a fee or other valuable consideration.

Code Requirements

See Chapter 412 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code for information about Massage Centers.

Application Requirements

You must submit the following:

• Class N City License Application  
• Lease / rental agreement or proof of ownership
• A site plan
• A detailed description of services to be provided
• A list of employees (Massage Practitioner License)
• Required fees

Inspections

This license requires inspection approvals from the Saint Paul Fire Department (Ph: (651) 266-8989), Environmental Health (Ph: (651) 266-8989), Licensing (Ph: (651) 266-8989), and Zoning (Ph: (651) 266-9008).

Non-Profit Organization - per year, per location	$27.00

Expiration/Renewal

A Massage Center (Commercial) License expires one year from date of issue and may be renewed annually.
