Nhia Vang serves as the Senior Policy Analyst on public safety, intergovernmental relations, children and families (i.e., public health, water, parks, etc.), transportation, and economic and community development issues.

Nhia's background is in policy and budgetary analysis. Most recently, she worked for the City of Plymouth as Budget Analyst. Prior to Nhia's public career in Minnesota, she worked for the New York State Division of Budget; New York State Education Department; and New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council.

Nhia has a Master's in Public Administration from the Nelson A. Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy.
